Thanks to the tough stance taken by the new District Collector, Mr. Dinesh Arora, consumers in Trivandrum city have now been promised to get delivery of LPG within 21 days of booking for the same (30 days for those residing in rural areas). In case a consumer does not get this, he can complain to the official helplines at (0471) 2730045, 2730067, or 2730120. The complaint would be taken care of within 24 hours. The consumer should provide the LPG consumer number, date of booking, last delivery date, and the gas agency name while making the call.
Consumers can also email to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org giving the above details. One can also register the complaint at any of the Akshaya centres in the district.
