The Competition is part of the concern of the Academy on raising standards of effectiveness in visual communication ,whether it is to sell, influence or change.
The Kerala State Chalachitra Academy is announcing a new addition to the IFFK in recognition of the role that advertising has been playing in the shaping of popular tastes and opinion.

So what’s in the BAG
An Eminent Jury will decide the following Awards:
1. Best Commercial Advertisement Campaign/Public interest Campaign with a cash prize of INR 2.00 lakh ( INR Two Lakhs ) to be shared equally by the Production House and Agency.
2. Best Advertisement Film with a cash prize of INR 1.00 lakhs ( INR One Lakh ) to be shared equally by the Production House and Agency .
3. Best Public interest Spot with a cash prize of INR 1.00 lakhs ( INR One Lakh ) to be shared equally by the Production House and Agency
When & How
On the 12th of December 2013 as part of the 18th International Film Festival of Kerala in the presence of a distinguished gathering of professionals an eminent Jury will announce the Award Winners. The event will also be an opportunity for interaction, discussion and presentations on issues of concern to the distinguished audience.
The Awards will be presented at the Closing Ceremony of the 18th International Film Festival of Kerala on the 13th December 2013 in the Nishagandhi Open Air Theatre in the presence of an audience of 6000 persons.
